Hemlock trees are a foundation species in eastern forests, but they are threatened by the hemlock woolly adelgid, an invasive forest pest. In this talk, you'll gain an understanding of how HWA decimates hemlocks and the management tactics that will help us preserve this vital species on our landscape, including new research looking into biological control of HWA.
